Send us a drawing, a photo or just an idea. Our in-house design team and sample room turn it into a production-ready bag.
OEM: you have the design and the specification, and we manufacture it exactly to your requirement. ODM: you have an idea, a market and a price point, and our design team develops the product with you.
Both routes are run by the same people, in the same building, with the same sample room and production lines. Since 2013 this has been the core of our business — the great majority of our orders are OEM and ODM work for overseas brands and wholesalers, with clients in Japan, the United States, South America and across Europe.
A predictable process with a single named contact, so you always know what happens next.
You send what you have — a sketch, a photo from a marketplace, a tech pack, a competitor's bag or just a description. We ask the questions that decide cost: size, fabric, structure, branding, quantity and destination.
Our in-house R&D team turns the brief into a specification: dimensioned drawings, material list, hardware, construction notes and suggested branding. For ODM we propose the full design and give you options at different price points.
A line-by-line quotation with unit price, MOQ, tooling or plate cost, sample cost and lead time. Where there is a cheaper way to hit the same look, we say so.
The sample room produces the bag in the actual fabric with the actual branding. We send photos, then the physical sample on request. You approve or we revise — this loop continues until the sample is exactly right.
On approval and deposit we schedule the order. We send progress photos at cutting, printing or embroidery, sewing and packing, so you can see what is happening without flying to Dongguan.
100% inspection against the approved sample, then packing to your carton and shipping marks. We arrange sea, air or express freight and hand over the documents.
Designers and pattern makers who work from a photo, a competitor sample or a full tech pack. They propose structure, materials and branding rather than just copying what you send.
A separate sampling line so prototypes do not have to wait for a gap in mass production. Typically 7–10 days per sample, faster on simple styles.
Cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing and packing under one roof. Because nothing is outsourced, we can commit to a schedule and hold it.
Incoming material checks, in-line inspection and a final 100% check against the approved sample, with reports and photographs.
A library of developed styles across totes, backpacks, cosmetic and cooler bags that you can take as a starting point and make your own.
Material and packaging advice for your market — REACH, Prop 65, food-contact rules for cooler bags and marketplace labelling requirements.
Send us the brief — even if it is only a photo and a target price. We will tell you what is possible and what it costs.
