Quanfu was founded in 2013 and is based in Dongguan, Guangdong. Design and development, production and sales all sit inside the same company — which is why we can quote a realistic lead time and then actually meet it.
Quality is not a final inspection — it is a chain of checks that starts with the fabric and ends with the carton seal.
Every roll of fabric, batch of zips and set of hardware is checked for colour, weight, width, strength and defects against the approved standard before it is released to production. Material that fails does not get cut.
Inspectors work on the lines through cutting, printing, embroidery and sewing. Problems are caught at the operation that caused them, not discovered in a finished carton three weeks later.
Before packing, every piece is checked against the approved sample: dimensions, stitching, hardware function, branding position and colour. We send you a report with photographs.
You are free to appoint SGS, TUV, ITS or your own agent to inspect at our factory before shipment. We will make the goods available and give them the space and time to do the job properly.
